Dr. Arthur de Miranda Neto is a renowned expert in the field of intelligent vehicles, with an impressive academic and professional background. He holds a PhD in Autonomous Vehicles from the University of Technology of Compiègne (UTC), Heudiasyc Laboratory (Heuristique et diagnostic des systèmes complexes), and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of Campinas (Unicamp). The U.S. government awarded him the Faculty Member Award from the Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program, which allowed him to conduct research in the Institute of Transportation Studies (ITS) at the University of California, Berkeley. He also holds an MBA in Digital Business Development from USP, which enhances his management and strategy skills to drive innovation in this ever-evolving field.
